       Jin Nuo, female, born in December 1956, Han nationality, Peking nationality, graduated from the Maxist Theory and Ideological and Political major of the College of Marxism, Renmin University of China. She is a member of the Communist Party of China, a professor, a doctor of law, and a doctoral supervisor.

In March 1975, he joined the work, and from March 1975 to December 1977, he joined the ranks of the educated youth farm in Shawan County, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region; from December 1977 to March 1978, he taught in Shanshan Tiezhong, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region; and from March 1978 to January 1982, he taught in the Department of Chemistry, Beijing Normal University.

From January 1982 to April 1989, he served as a teacher and lecturer in the Department of Chemistry and Moral Education of Beijing Normal University (from July 1986 to September 1988), and from April 1989 to August 1998, he served as a cadre, deputy director, director, assistant director and deputy director of the Department of Ideology and Politics of the State Education Commission. He served as Deputy Director and Director of the Department of Social Science Research and Ideological and Political Work of the Ministry of Education successively in August, 1999 (from September 1999 to July 2002, he received a Doctoral Degree in Law from the Doctoral Degree of Marxist Theory and Ideological and Political Work in the College of Marxism, Renmin University of China); from August 2005 to January 2008, he was a member of the Party Group of the People's Government of Xinjiang Uygur Auto From January 2008 to April 2013, he served as Vice President of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Secretary of the Party Committee of Renmin University of China from April 2013 to October 2013, Secretary of the Party Committee of Renmin University of China and Vice President of the All-China Women's Federation in October 2013 (concurrently).

Mainly engaged in the study of Marxist theory and ideological and political education. He has successively presided over and completed the major projects of the National Social Science Foundation, Research on Strengthening Marxist Ideological Work and College Students'Ideological Education in Colleges and Universities, and the National Tenth Five-Year Plan for Social Science Education, Research on College Students' Mental Health Education, and participated in the completion of many projects of the National and Provincial Social Science Foundation. His works include Research on Strengthening Marxist Ideological Work in Colleges and Universities and Ideological Education for College Students, Characteristics and Rules of Ideological and Political Work for Intellectuals in Colleges and Universities, Research on Ideological and Moral Change and Development Law of Colleges and Universities in the 1990s, Preliminary Exploration of Deng Xiaoping's Philosophical Thought on Education, Further Strengthening the Work of Teaching and Educating Personnel in Colleges and Universities, and Three Guided by the important thought of "individual representatives", more than 30 academic papers have been written on Ideological and political education in Colleges and Universities under the new situation, such as "Promoting the prosperity and development of philosophy and social sciences through management innovation", "Creating a new situation of Ideological and political work", "Attaching importance to the construction of Liberal Arts in universities and promoting the development of Liberal Arts in universities", "Seeking Truth", "Domestic Dynamics and Clear Samples", "Ideological Education". Research, Higher Education in China, Research on Higher Education in China, Guidance of Ideological and Theoretical Education and other publications have been published. The editors-in-chief are General Theory of Moral Education in Universities, Theory and Practice of Ideological and Political Work in Universities in the New Period, Rule by Law and Ideological and Political Education in Universities, and General Theory of Moral Education in Private Universities in China.
