4.Credit setting and elective course: 36 credit hours, 2 credits.In this semester, the number of postgraduate and doctoral students is 176, but each course attracts a large number of audit students, including visiting scholars, postdoctoral students and some students from other universities.
二、Undergraduate courses
1.Course Name: A Study of Xi Jinping's Socialist Thought with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era
2.Course nature: undergraduate ideological and political theory elective course. This course is a course of Ideological and political theory in Beijing. It is offered jointly with China Media University at the request of the Education and Work Committee of the Beijing Municipal Committee.
3.Course form: relying on the form of "famous scholars leading classics", five teaching links are set up. One is special subject teaching. Each course has six special lectures, each of which lasts 2-3 hours. Teachers read a classic book (title) around the subject of the course, and teach it in combination with research expertise and hot and difficult points. Second, group study. Four group studies are arranged for each course, and two hours for each course, the head teacher will guide the students to study the classical works (chapters) read by the teachers in groups and deepen their understanding. Third, practice teaching. Four hours of practical teaching are arranged for each course. Students are guided by the head teacher to carry out practical activities in the form of social investigation, labor experience and voluntary service around the subject of the course, so as to cultivate the style of "integrating theory with practice". Fourth, the demonstration of defense. Each course is arranged for 4 class-hour defense demonstration. The course contact person and the head teacher guide the students to write the final thesis, organize public defense and summarize the learning results. Fifth, reporting and publicity. Guided by showing the ideological characteristics, spiritual outlook and value pursuit of college students in the new era, the course papers are selected and published.
