Wu Fulai,

Male, born on December 19, 1964 (Lunar calendar), Anqing, Anhui Province, graduated from full-time doctoral students, a member of the Communist Party of China, professor. Research Fellow, Center for Ethics and Moral Construction, Key Research Base of Humanities and Social Sciences, Ministry of Education, and "100-person Project" of Social Sciences Theory Talents in Beijing in the New Century.

He graduated from the Department of History of Anhui Normal University in 1985 with a bachelor's degree in History; from the Department of History of Lanzhou University in 1988 with a master's degree in History; and from the Department of Philosophy of Renmin University of China in 2001 with a doctorate in Philosophy.

He has successively served as assistant professor, lecturer and director of teaching and Research Department of the Department of Political Science and Education, School of Economic Law and Politics, Anhui Normal University, deputy director of the office of Renmin University of China, deputy director of the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee, Deputy professor of the Philosophy Institute, investigator and deputy director of the verification and Culture Department of the Central Approach Planning Office (Bureau), and director of four departments, two departments, deputy director and deputy inspector of the In June 2014, he was appointed Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Renmin University of China. In July 2016, he was appointed Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Commission of Renmin University of China.

Publishing more than ten books (including monographs and co-authors), textbooks, and more than thirty papers such as The Comparison of Confucian and Mohist Classics.
