On the afternoon of July 23, the briefing group from the Leading Group Office of the CPC Central Committee for Party History Learning and Education paid an inspection tour in the Academy of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, RUC (hereinafter referred to as the “Academy”). Feng Yujun, Executive Deputy Head of the Publicity Department, Deputy Director of the Leading Group Office for Party History Learning and Education, and Associate Dean of the Academy, RUC, presided over a research symposium.

Feng mainly introduced the implementation status of Party history learning and education at RUC.

Associate Dean Tao Wenzhao introduced in detail the Academy in the background of its founding, organizational structure, research team, theoretical achievements, seminar activities, talent training, publications and other aspects.

The delegation of the briefing group mainly learned about the work for Party history learning and education carried out by the Academy, and hoped RUC to further focus on the in-depth study, publicity and implementation of the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important remarks, promote the construction of the Party history discipline, strengthen theoretical interpretation, innovate learning methods, sum up advanced experience, and organize study briefings, thus advancing the in-depth development of Party history learning and education.
